This page explains what we collect when you contact Mel One Sydney Renovations, how the enquiry reaches Felix, and what our website analytics does and does not receive.

When you contact us
If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, property type, suburb, renovation scope, project priorities, preferred timing and budget range. The form cannot accept attachments.
The form sends those details to Felix through an email delivery provider so he can reply to this enquiry. If you later choose to send photos or plans by text or email, they are sent through that separate contact channel; this website form cannot upload or receive them. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information.

Website measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-2FKG0LZ2V1. GA4 measures page visits, phone, email and text clicks, and server-confirmed successful enquiries.
To keep enquiry content out of analytics, the current page address sent to GA4 has its query string and fragment removed. Referring pages on this site are treated the same way, and referrers from other sites are reduced to their origin.
GA4 also receives general technical data such as a first-party analytics identifier, browser and device type, language, screen size and approximate region. Google may process the IP address at collection time to operate the service and derive a coarse region; raw IP addresses are not available to us in GA4.
A click can open a dialler, email draft or text message; it does not prove that a conversation or message happened. Depending on the GA4 data-stream settings, GA4 may also record that someone started a form or used its submit button; those interactions do not mean an enquiry succeeded. The generate_lead successful-enquiry event is sent only after our server confirms that the email provider accepted the enquiry for delivery.

What analytics does not receive
Details you provide in an enquiry or contact channel stay separate from website analytics. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, address or suburb text, messages, photos or the email delivery reference to GA4.
The details you enter in the form still travel through the email service so Felix can reply; that processing is separate from website analytics.
